Delegate Cancellations - No Refunds Refunds of ticket fees will not be granted except in the circumstance of event cancellation by Channel Capital Group Inc. (owner of Hedgefund.net). Delegate substitutions from the same firm will be accepted with notice.

Participating sponsors of this event will be granted access to the registration information of attendees.

Event Cancellations

If this conference is canceled for any reason, in Channel Captial Group Inc.'s sole discretion, neither Channel Capital Group Inc. nor any of its employees shall have any liability or responsibility for travel and/or accommodation cost or any losses of any type, including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages, incurred by prospective attendees/delegates as a result of any such cancellation. We therefore recommend that prospective attendees/delegates arrange appropriate insurance coverage or make refundable arrangements for their travel.
